Henderson Girls' Brigade

Welcome to Henderson Secondary School! You have made the right choice by coming to the school with one of the best principals, teachers and CCA program in Singapore. There are many CCAs offered in this school and The Girls' Brigade (GB) is one of them.

I am a volunteer with the school and was not in GB when I was in Secondary school. However, on looking back, I really wished my school then offered GB and that I did join GB then. The main reasons will be that firstly, I can try out many different activities ranging from indoor activities like make-up to outdoor activities like rock climbing. Secondly, I get a chance to be a leader in one way or other because GB's motto is "Making every girl a servant leader". Thirdly, there are many supportive teachers and volunteers who are there to guide us.

Last but not least, GB feels like a family because we learn to serve one another in love. We hope you will join our family too!

8 July 2011

Oh yeah! Its fridayy!
Started out with roll call. Then we all did administrative work.
Then we had BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!

Happy Birthday April, May, June, July BIRTHDAY BABIES!

Then we had singspiration,
recess
devotion! :D

Then its time to fall out! Do sing the vesper in the proper way next week yeah!
Next was lunch and GB DAY REHEARSAL :D

Sec1s learnt how to wear their uniform in the PROPER way :)

We all worked hard for the practices right?! Give all your best for GB day!
Maintain your posture, remember when you have to execute a certain movement.
Please be in school with PROPERLY NEAT FULL UNI. Hair all gel up. Neat and tidy.
Polish your boots. Any questions on how to wear full uni or anything else, ask your Squad Leaders!
